Elmdale Public School is another top choice. Students typically perform at or above average at this school.
CSDC du Centre-Est de l’Ontario School District – Elementary Schools
Catholic schools are a popular option in Ontario. Many students choose École élémentaire catholique George-Étienne-Cartier or École élémentaire catholique Marius-Barbeau. Your children will receive a proper education at either school.
CÉP de l’Est de l’Ontario School District – Secondary Schools
École secondaire publique De La Salle is one of the best secondary schools in Ottawa. In 2017, 100 percent of the students passed the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) at this school. You can give your children a leg up by enrolling them here.
Ottawa-Carleton DSB School District – Secondary Schools
If you want to keep your children in the Ottawa-Carleton DSB, consider Lisgar Collegiate Institute. The school has a high pass rate for the OSSLT, and the gender gap is relatively low.
Canterbury High School is another top choice. The school had a slight problem with a gender gap on the OSSLT. But it has worked to close that, and the results have been excellent.
CSDC du Centre-Est de l’Ontario School District – Secondary Schools
Your kids can continue with a Catholic education when they move onto secondary school. ÉSC Paul-Desmarais is the top secondary school in the CSDC du Centre-Est de l’Ontario school district. The test scores are impressive, and almost 99 percent passed the OSSLT in 2017.
Ottawa CDSB School District – Secondary School
You can also send your kids to a Catholic school in the Ottawa CDSB district. Students have made improvements on the OSSLT at Immaculate High School in recent years, and you can expect those improvements to keep coming. Consider looking for Ottawa houses for sale near this school.
