Tranquility is a rare ocean-to-Intracoastal estate spanning 8.31 acres of pristine land on Jupiter Island, Florida. Originally purchased in 1991 by Hall of Fame golfer Greg Norman, the property was meticulously updated and expanded by Norman and his wife, design expert Kirsten “Kiki” Norman, to encompass over 31,800 square feet of living space. The estate features 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and six half-bathrooms, along with 172 feet of oceanfront and 370 feet of water frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway. Designed for both privacy and entertainment, the property is anchored by a Main House, showcasing yacht-inspired details, expansive terraces, and breathtaking views. A private dock accommodates yachts up to 150 feet, with two additional boat lifts for smaller vessels.
“Having grown up on the beach in the tropics of Australia, my search for the perfect property in America allowing me to incorporate all my needs from privacy, security, a dock for my boats, and direct access to the beach and ocean, was fulfilled when I was blessed enough to come across ‘Tranquility’ in 1991. It is a blend of everything I love in life and about life. The new build of our main house under the passionate and professional eye of my wife Kiki only elevated the entire property to another level.”

The estate includes eight impeccably designed buildings, each offering unique features for recreation and relaxation. The Main House serves as the centerpiece, featuring transitional Cape Cod-style architecture with a tropical twist. It includes formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet SieMatic kitchen, two 1,900-bottle wine cellars, a trophy room, and a movie theater. Upstairs, the principal suite offers dual offices, lavish baths, and spacious closets, along with a private terrace overlooking the water. Additional structures include a Beach House with panoramic ocean views, a Coach House with a six-car garage and guest accommodations, and a Carriage House featuring a gym, cardio room, and additional living quarters.
Outdoor amenities rival those of a luxury resort. A sunken, regulation-size US Open tennis court is complemented by a dedicated Tennis House with indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. The Pool House serves the two main pools—one with a spa that can be both heated and cooled and includes a grill area and covered terrace. For golf enthusiasts, the west lawn features a 5,500-square-foot putting green with a bunker and tee designed for 80-yard pitch shots. The estate’s boathouse and boat dock offer additional storage and docking options, making it an ideal retreat for water sports and yachting.
Drawing inspiration from the couple’s global travels to destinations like St. Barths, the Bahamas, and Australia, the Normans infused “Tranquility” with a sense of “barefoot elegance.” French architect Christian Liaigre influenced the design, incorporating materials such as lacquered teak, high-gloss Sapele mahogany, and wire-brushed oak floors. Every detail reflects Kiki Norman’s vision of creating a sanctuary where luxury meets livability. With its seamless blend of coastal beauty, world-class amenities, and impeccable design, Tranquility is one of Jupiter Island’s most exceptional estates.
“I designed this estate to feel luxurious, but also warm and casual. It caters to our ‘barefoot elegance’ lifestyle. My vision was to create a sanctuary – a place that felt like we are on a permanent holiday, and a gathering place for friends and family. The basis of my design was an open floor plan, maximizing light and coastal views from every aspect.” – Kiki Norman
Norman, known as the “Great White Shark” of golf, and his wife, Kiki listed the Tranquility estate for sale after 14 years of extensive renovations. The iconic Jupiter Island estate was sold on April 7, 2021, for $55,095,000. The buyer was widely reported as being the family of billionaire Leslie Wexner, founder and former CEO of L Brands, which owns Victoria’s Secret. The sale came just two weeks after the eight-acre waterfront property was listed for sale at $59,900,000 on Jan 27, 2021. Wexner, a retail industry legend who stepped down as CEO of L Brands in 2020, adds the luxurious compound to his family’s portfolio, further cementing his legacy in business and real estate.
