At the groundbreaking event, Luzy Oestreicher, the project developer, presented a $5,000 donation to Chum, a local organization. The construction management team also donated 700 pounds of food to help those in need. These contributions show how the project is already making a difference.

Incline Village will provide 1300 new homes, including 1,180 rental apartments and 120 condos for sale. This is the largest housing development in Duluth in recent years.
