Imelda’s real estate sales career began in 2007 with Prestigious Properties and continued with Tropical Paradise Realty, where she became a shareholder and a top selling agent. She then joined Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty on its merger with Tropical Paradise Realty in 2013. Imelda's acute ability to determine a client’s requirements in their sale or purchase, whether commercial real estate investment, home or vacation property, is what sets her apart and provides a successful end to transactions. The added brand power and tools afforded her at Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty have enhanced that ability. Imelda’s ultimate goal is to provide straightforward and cogent advice tailored to each client, with her noted high level of service and integrity. Imelda and her husband Owen Foley moved to the Turks & Caicos in 1989 and have been a part of the fabric of this country ever since. Embracing the lifestyle and culture while raising and educating three kids here, the TCI is truly their home. Originally from Ireland, Imelda’s initial background was in financial services, a foundation that prepared her well for the business of real estate sales and investment. Imelda has taken a keen interest on many different levels in the development of the islands, has been a frequent real estate investor herself and so has a keen understanding of the client’s perspective.
