This spectacular modern farmhouse luxury remodel features 25 feet of folding doors to integrate to its exterior. Outdoor furniture by Kettal and Royal Bottania include a 20-foot pavilion for dining al fresco and three separate outdoor seating areas all with custom fire pits and large umbrellas for sun and rain protection. A new Boffi kitchen complemented by Miele, Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. Shower surrounds in the washrooms include waterproof art panels by Alex Terco Designs.

carefully designed a full modern renovation for this spectacular Balaclava Modern Farmhouse, complete with contemporary amenities and features. Murray-Sims Construction was tasked with completely stripping the original finishes both inside and out and converted the home to a modern design. The result is a sensational and fresh take on modern urban farmhouse luxury living with a neutral, but dramatic, and simple, but sophisticated residence.
