Created as a bold expression of modern avant-garde design, this extravagant luxury apartment in central Warsaw was remodeled with a combination of daring sharp colors counterbalanced with white accents and modern décor to create an atmosphere of distinctive contemporaneous style.
The futuristic apartments floor plan was designed to offer maximum open space with a clear separation of functional individual living zones such as the kitchen, living room with dining area, bathroom and bedroom. Sliding doors were inserted in the walls between zones so that they would “disappear” during the day. In addition, transparent materials and void areas visually unify the apartment space between the zones creating a cohesive yet separate living environment.
Located in the heart of Warsaw, the apartment enjoys a beautiful setting near the Palace of Culture, one of the most emblematic buildings in Poland. The large windows of the spacious residence offer spectacular panoramic views of the city skyline and Grzybowski Square.
