A ring-shaped pedestrian pathway winds through the garden, revealing layers of landscape that include a playground, a vegetable garden, and tranquil relaxation zones. Central to the villa’s outdoor design is a 230-square-meter swimming pool, which has been carefully integrated into the landscape to enhance the visual connection between the sky and sea. The pool’s cladding, chosen for its visual continuity and non-slip properties, further strengthens the villa’s integration with its natural surroundings.
Inside, the villa offers a fully automated experience, with advanced systems for lighting, climate control, and security, all accessible via a dedicated application. The use of large-format Lapitec® slabs in varying finishes, such as the smooth Satin and more textured Vesuvio, allows for a sophisticated yet cohesive aesthetic throughout.
