The distinctive contemporary architecture of the H3 House was inspired by the owner’s passion for yachting. Conceived as a geometric edifice that is elevated yet directly in contact to water, the elements of the design bridge this gap with a structure that is luxuriously futuristic and utterly modern.
The connection of the house and the artificial ponds that surround it, create a cooling sensation as the water for the lakes and the pool come from a well. This sustainable system allows the sun to warm the residence during winter and cool the house during the summer.
The objective of H3 was to create a luxurious and ergonomic environment with clean lines and a minimalistic aesthetic. The bioclimatic design of the residence, the cooling feeling of the house through the contact of water and the use of sun and the geothermic energy are consistent in developing a highly dynamic and modern but also eco-friendly design.
